    Best idea is to make a stock solution
    20grams of PP Crystals added to 1ltr HMA
    1ml =2ppm
    So 1ml @2ppm per 10L for 4hrs
    Or 2ml @4ppm per 10L for 30 mins
    Make sure that the ml's & stock solution are perfectly measured as PP is leathal if dosed incorrectly

    Yes you can store it for long time.
    What is your discus problem? Are you sure PP is the cure for it?

    Hi, Artur. It's 4 week syndrome. I have a pair discus, they're 3 years old, from last May they start success breeding, first batch got 60 frys at 4th week fry start to die, end up 18 survived. Last month I got second batch around 40 frys, at 3rd week they start to die and this time none left. I think might be the fluke adult carrying, so I want clean the pair use pp

    In my opinion (from experience) this problem is caused by spikes in nitrites. You probably started feeding more as fry are bigger and filtration is not coping.
    Flukes are very easy to identify under microscope, I wouldn't treat without knowing for sure if fish really got them.
    The only one time when I had flukes in my fishroom small discus were ok and I only noticed something is wrong when they stopped eating at around 2.5'', but they were not dying. Then I used salt baths to get rid of them.

    Don't treat, unless you know what is causing problems.

    Yes, Artur. For first batch I notice was on NO2 and NO3 spike and the frys scratch themself at bottom of the tank. So for the second batch I was keep eye on the water , and 100% water change daily, I don't thinks was water quality for this time. And I only started feed them bbs for 3 days before the start to die, the first symptom is 1 fry scratch himself against parents body, after 1 day they start get dark , weak to swim and die one by one.

    There can be more reasons but without microscopic examination it is pointless trying to guess. Can be hexamita, protoopalina, nematodes etc. Many people don't want get into microscopes but if you are trying to breed and you are not happy with results you have to make this step forward.

    Get a scope, not only for diagnosis, but to look at the wonders of the micro world.
